"Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" are the words we will sing for Sunday's Gospel Alleluia.
Reflective questions:
Thanks for reminding us of Jesus's great and lasting love.
Powerful. Thank you!
To be just as joyful with little as we are with much, and to be willing to share in either situation--that, to me, is poor in spirit. And I LOVE the idea that all we have came from God. I don't mind at all being dependent on him. :-)
What I "see:" [Bowed in prayer, here is someone who knows] Her soul lives in God; indeed, her very life. She is humbly, deeply grateful.
I am drawn into prayer with her, touching something very beautiful, something very right, something very good and true -- something very holy. It is all a wondrous, sacred Mystery of Love-begetting-Love.
Powerful, indeed. Truly powerful.
Thank you.
Humbling and vital. Thanks Renae!
